Dear Phil, we had a wonderful time in your Thousand Oaks villa, when we walked in the first thing we noticed was how clean the whole place was - it really felt like a hotel!! We have stayed in quite a few privately owned villas/apartments and it is great when they are as clean and beautifully kept as this one. The view at the back of the house kept us entertained for hours - so much wildlife - we did not really need to go out anywhere for the entertainment, just relax by the pool and have our own private zoo!! Dear Phil We had a really wonderful time at your Villa. From the moment we walked in the door and found that it was not only as lovely as the pictures on your website but also very clean and comfortable. I knew then that we would enjoy our stay. and after small boxy Hotel rooms it was a real treat to have room to relax. We loved the views from the south facing Pool over the lake and conservation area. The neighbourhood is lovely as well, nice and quiet, but very handy to all the highways and exitement of Florida. It was a perfect anniversary! It was a really nice holiday and thankyou so much!

Dear Phil and Sarah. Michelle and i would like to thankyou so much for our stay in your beautiful villa. We could'nt believe how nice and clean it was when we arrived. We have stayed in many villas and this was by far the best.The location is idylic with the views from the pool area over the small lake and conservation area. The wildlife was fantastic to watch it kept us entertained for hours. We could'nt believe how easy it was to get to Disney World from the villa. The location is much better than staying on the US27 or the 192. It was 10 minutes. Once again thankyou for your kind and proffesional service and we will definately go back next year.

Hello Phil, I just wanted to thank you again for everything. We have decided that there is no way we will ever stay at a hotel again after staying at your Villa! The pool was perfectly warm at night, the rooms were a perfect size for my family and the peacefullness we felt there was exactly what we needed. I will tell you that i have visited Florida 5 times in the past 5 years but this one was the most pleasant stay we had. Everyone here felt as I do. We needed this. My parents visited Florida mostly because they want to buy a house out there, they loved your villa but it was a bit far from the family we have out there. My mom wants to live near her sister. She lives in Seabring, Florida. Once again I say THANK YOU... We are planning another trip and I will email you if and when we figure out the days we need. Hopefully by the summer or fall. Maritza
